Henri PAIN, Founder
After working in the sector of high-performance plastics and rubbers,
Henri PAIN founded Le Joint Technique in 1975. The first activities started in
the spring of 1976 by the selling of catalogue O-rings and standard seals.
Over the years, the micro-business developed through a balanced organic and external growth,
particularly with the acquisition of two companies manufacturing cut gaskets and injection
elastomeric moulded seals. The dramatic shift occurred in the 1990s - a time where key
account requirements were being more pressing in terms of quality and development control.
Henri PAIN has always had a passion for challenges. Going for growth, LE JOINT TECHNIQUE
has become a veritable value-adding business and service partner for its clients.
